Return/Refund Policy

Occasionally, orders or parts of orders are cancelled by our system. Some reasons are: 1) item(s)s are not available or 2) payment information could not be verified or 3) shipping address could not be verified.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice email, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. After you have clicked “send my order” you have a limited amount of time in which to cancel your order, as our system is designed to fill orders as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you wish to cancel your order for the following reasons: 1) one of more products in your order become unavailable (you may cancel only the unavailable products) or 2) we are unable to process your payment information.

There are no refunds for memberships. Outside of the above circumstances there are no refunds.
